In May 2025, Garmin shipped an adaptive Triathlon Coach that finally schedules swim, bike, and run together. It launched on two watches, the Forerunner 970 and 570. Most Garmin watch owners still can’t use it.
Even on a supported watch, Garmin’s materials never describe a combined load number across all three sports. It schedules sessions. It doesn’t tell you whether Tuesday’s hard ride and Wednesday’s key run are stacking into the same fatigue debt.
